Chinese Editor for Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ('HSBC')

In summer of 2009, Beauhorse was selected by HSBC as the editor of the Chinese translation of her Rights Issue Prospectus in relation to HSBC Group’s first global rights issue since 1987 (raised a total fund of HK$ 137.8 bn), 2008 Annual Report and related material. Various working units from their London and Hong Kong offices were involved. Standing by and working round the clock, we coped with a super tight schedule and Client’s highly disciplined and professional team of pursuing quality and stringent control.
